“My experience at this hotel was average. In terms of cleanliness, the room was reasonably clean, and housekeeping made the bed daily. However, I found hair that did not belong to me on both the towels and in the shower, which is something that should definitely be improved.
The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. However, I believe some team members could benefit from additional training to provide a more consistent guest experience.

“The room was spacious, comfortable and clean on arrival. However, it was not cleaned every day, but this was not a problem and adds to the sustainability of the stay. But i would ahve appreciated if the teaand coffe that was avaiablein the room on arrival would have been replenished as is I ran out during the first day of my stay. ”
