“Nice hotel with a tribal feeling, run by a family with roots in the mountains. Even a small Lahu exhibition on first floor. Restaurant suprised us with excellent Thai food! The American breakfast was as boring as expected. Bathroom could have been better, it had a sour smell and toilet had a mind of its own. Thin walls. But, definitely value for money. Don't miss Fang Hot Baths 15 min from the hotel, by motorcycle taxi.”

“Property is well maintained with staff constantly cleaning. Grounds are lush and full of interesting plants and flowers. Great bird life and views of the river and surrounds. Rooms spacious and comfortable with coffee, tea and mini bar. Plenty of bot water and privacy. Mosquitoes are in the area but not a problem inside. “Check in was as fast as could be expected and staff were very friendly. The hotel is a bit dated. My room was clean but furniture and room looked a bit tattered. I think it is a good value none the less. ”

“Nice garden and landscape but the food is incredible bad ! We order different dishes and everything was cooked in advance... They just add some curry for the taste at the last moment.... Every dishes had the same taste... Maybe the worst food in North Thailand ! (I'm living in Chiang Mai) Breakfast ios very poor Staff : Ohlala... Should improve it... Terrible ! :-(”
