“There was a problem with the room we rented so they upgraded us to a beautiful suite which we really enjoyed. My son was so excited. The only issue was we had trouble with our toilet wouldnt always flush. Access to skiing was amazing, the outdoor fire pit was a lovely touch. Food was good. Staff were all amazing and kind. ”

“This is an historic hotel that has been upgraded to be clean and comfortable. That said, some details were overlooked. For example, one room didn't have any moisturizer. In another room, the heater in the bathroom didn't work. Some rooms had microwaves others didn't. A coffee creamer in one of the rooms was coagulated that is to say gone bad, but the beds were good. Everything was super clean, plenty of pillows and towels. The shower was good. There was hot water at the sink as well. Coffee tea...
