“Hotel was beautiful! Location was prime. Weather was pouring rain for our stay so not great. Meredith the Concierge worked wonders getting us a reservation to our top pick for restaurants 22 Bowen. It did not disappoint! We used the hotel’s large gym before an amazing dinner. Free WiFi required a bonvoy membership (which is free) but slightly annoying.”

“Untrained staff, yes it’s an old hotel but be wary and don’t talk loud in the hallways. The hotel boasts a bar, but there was an event.. so no one else could get a drink? That doesn’t seem like it would be hard to manage. They bombard you with upgrade offers before you go.. staff isn’t friendly.
The hotel is curated well as far as bohemian surf vibe, very clean.. but the senior level staff must know they have you by the b@lls when on Block Island.”

“Room was clean and nice enough. However, all of the fitness room equipment was out of order. Cable on TV didn’t work for first two days. Hotel policy is to not do daily room cleaning and needs to be specifically requested. Was not aware of that when booking. Overall hotel could use some updating like new hallways carpeting or other aesthetics etc.”
