“An extraordinarily helpful and engaging staff — coupled with a great location and practical upgrades (such as walk-in showers, tech outlets and plentiful storage) — made the Incline Lodge a great choice for our stay. Our one aside is that additional sound insulation would be helpful. ”

“The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. ”

“This is a nice condo with lots of room a well stocked kitchen. I have rented numerous properties over the years and without a doubt, I have never had an owner as organized as Kenneth. The condo is located in Incline Village, as good a starting point as any for your Tahoe adventures. If you have access to a vehicle, there are lots of things within an hour. I would stay here again. ”

“I requested, and was promised, a dozen roses for my wife when we got there. Nothing. Emailed them and they said the florist was unable to get there. No communication. TV remote inoperative. We fixed. Fireplace inoperative. They came and fixed. Windows very dirty. ”
