“Location great but for the price the standard of the room was really poor. I travel a lot and compared to other rooms this was one of the worst. The AC sounded like it was 50 years old”

“I've stayed there 2 times now. The first time the attendant at the front desk was extremely rude to my father in law (an 82. year old man). They DID NOT explain their policy of not cleaning the room or changing towels unless requested. They argued that they gave us "Welcome Letter" which neither me or my father in law received it during our separate check in times. The rooms are extremely outdated. Both times the room smelled weird and the bathrooms are not very clean and the towels may as...

“Great hotel! Central to everything. Loved the lobby and fireplace. Staff was excellent. Only complaint pillows are a bit hard or to full. The bathroom doesn’t allow for much privacy. We had a beautiful view of the harbor and cookies were delicious. Overall we were very happy with the hotel.”

“It’s great for a solo or two light travelers for a night. Clean and comfortable bed. Tiny room though. My entire luggage took up the extra space in the room. We had to leave our second luggage in the car. It’s like staying in a room in NY! Great location with a car to drive to mansions and various restaurants around town. Helpful staff. Brandy was helpful. Downside was they have short hours and limited parking so if you arrive after 5 pm in the fall, you have to deal with check in on your own...

“I booked a King Room handicap accessable 2 months ago. When we arrived at the property, I was told that the only room that was available 2 Queens no. Handicap accessable because they had booked 2 accommodations for 2 wedding parties and there was nothing they could do for me. I made my displeasure known and was then asked to park behind the building to allow for more wedding party parking. I tried calling Mariott and they said that nothing could be done for me because I booked through Expedia...
