“The front desk staff couldn't be any more friendly and accommodating. The villa was so spacious and extremely clean in every aspect. Fabulous. If I had to complain about something it would be the walk from guest parking to the building. Across grass. A few paved or shell paths are very much needed. Also, the parking lot for guest parking is full of deep potholes. Lastly, there is a lack of lighting along the drive from the road to the hotel.”

“The only negative I can say about this hotel is that it’s understaffed so the check-in process was horrible as when we arrived at the hotel there was nobody at the front desk. So we have to wait in a half an hour before someone showed up☹️ Otherwise the location, the room and the view were gorgeous👍”

The room was clean, the amenities were spot on the and food downstairs was great . Please take a minute to celebrate Blanca and Yara Both were exceptional at the front desk. “Tried to fool me with the room. First of all i got my room 4pm. Was waiting for it since 12. Wgen i got to the room it was totaly different room then i booked. Went to reception to complain and got the right room. Well, in the new room ther was no towels, toilet paper, pr showerng gel or soap. Went back to reception to complain again. After a while got one towell one toilet paper and one tiny soap bar. No shower gel or shampo. Very ignorant stuff. Never more in this hotel. Avoid it”

“Okay room size, quite comfortable bed, good shower, but man was that aircon noisy! It sounded like a jet plane was taking off, some sort of motor generator inside the wall in the room itself was powering the fan and that, unfortunately, brings down my overall rating of this hotel. The breakfast was mostly tasteless with the exception of the pineapple which was good, otherwise everything else available tasted of....nothing at all. Not overly impressed with this place, plus they add on 35 dollars...

“Room had nice view of pools and ocean. Pools were clean and grounds were very tropical and clean. The ocean was clear, clean soft sand beach, plenty of lounge chairs. Loved selection of restaurants and buffet always had good choices. Really enjoyed the nice staff and activities were plentiful for all age groups from kids to teens to adults. Had a lot of fun and enjoyed entertainment too. Room was average but clean. Would enjoy going again! ”

“Keep in mind this building is over 200 years old. The water was really cold however the staff was soo pleasant and the free open bar was a added touch. You are literally in the middle of San Juan so we were able to walk around and explore. I highly recommend this place if you can oversee the age. ”
