“The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Hidimba Temple, Old Manali, and Mall Road, making it easy to explore the area on foot. I also really enjoyed the food served at the hotel’s restaurant, it was delicious and one of the highlights of my stay. Overall, a comfortable stay with a convenient location and great food.”

“I opted for presidential suite from this property. However, the room and amenities were below average hotel.
There was no proper response from the front desk. It was difficult to communicate to food service/ receptionist due to irregularities in the phone line which was setup in the room. The blankets were very thin and no room heaters were provided. We did remind several time by calling receptionist about the wifi and even in person communicated to receptionist to activate the wifi. However,...

“Property is at a very good location. Hadimba temple and mall road and old manali is at walking distance. The view from the room balconies and terrace is good. Breakfast also has sufficient options and all of them tastes great.
One issue was with cleanliness. The chairs on terrace/balconies etc was dusty. Even the furniture in the room was not appropriately clean.
Another issue was with basic amenities such as hot water/geyser, hair dryer and heater. Hair dryer was limited in number and was...

“Hello,
I am writing regarding my recent hotel booking. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing and did not match what was advertised when I made the reservation.
There were several major issues during our stay:
* Fresh food was not available. Many menu items were unavailable, and we were told they could only serve whatever food they had left.
* Loud music continued until around 1:00 AM, which made it extremely difficult for us to sleep or properly enjoy our stay.
* Several...
