“Really helpful front-desk, everything was easy amd smooth, even when ordering up some items. The only thing was there was no ammenities, which seems to be a thing in HK. You can refill your water bittle and get some hot water for tea or coffee on the 19th floor. As well as a small gym for some simpler workout. “A very good welcoming from the start in the lobby. It was a very good place close to Tsim sha tsui station. Clean and fresh. A bit slow wifi from time to time but thats the only bad part i can think of.”

“I enjoyed my stay at the Ramada Grand Tsim Sha Tsui. The room was comfortable, highly placed on the 25th floor, and well maintained. The staff were kind and helpful. Eat breakfast elsewhere is my recommendation. Everything one might need can be found within a 10 minute walk. I particularly enjoyed Kowloon park, where there is good walking, a swimming pool, tai chi classes and fitness equipment. Public transport is good and easy to use. Buy an Octopus card.”

They were very professional and answered all my questions and gave me further More help with finding my way around in Hong Kong. “Dirty towels with stains, bedlinen with stains and noone to clean or change. The security guard came with the bedsheet and I had to change myself, because it was after 21.00. Mold stains on the walls all around the bed, string smoke and pee smell. It used to be good, now it’s totally run down.”
