“Trevligt litet hotell. Har ingen frukost men en kaffemaskin i Sunroom. Dessutom fanns det ett kylskåp på rummet. Hotellet har en resturang som dessvärre har stängt vissa dagar. Gångavstånd till stranden där man kan gå ut till en fyr och se på solnedgången.”

“We had an enjoyable 3 night stay. The property is charming and surprisingly quiet. The room was very comfortable. It was exactly what we envisioned for our getaway weekend, an enjoyable breakfast to start our day each morning and an extremely comfortable mattress to come back to each evening. Holly and Toby provided us with many additional recommendations on what to see while in Empire.”

“Had a great weekend! Nice quiet and well located condo. Plenty of room and privacy. The only thing that we would have liked better would have been warmer water. The shower temperature never raised above luke warm and on a cold weekend a hotter shower would have been nice.”

“Very clean and well-supplied for our group of 10. Location was perfect; a short walk to town and the water and a great launching point for touring the Leelanau peninsula. Know that the house is on 4 levels so there are a lot of stairs. And the one room with the full-sized bed does not have its own door for privacy (but there is a screen that helps a bit). Overall was a great place and we’d definitely stay there again.”

“The property was cute and fun. We had some difficulty getting inside with the directions and the way they were written. Also, the drains smelled when water was ran through the sinks or shower. Other than that it was a great place and a great location.”

“So, this is tough because, overall, it met the needs of our family, especially booking on short notice. Property was as described and easy communication. However, one big downside, there is a taproom next door with outdoor music. The music wasn't so loud necessarily but was hard to escape the bass beat thrumming through the afternoon into the nighttime hours. If you like live music and can stay up late, this is a great place. However, if you plan in sleeping earlier than 11pm, you need to be...
