“Very cute and lively refurbished motel”

“Charged an extra fee when i arrived at the front desk for checkin.”

“Everything about this hotel was amazing and terrific with one odd exception. I arrived around 4pm after a long drive and really wanted a cup of coffee. The coffee thermos in the lobby was empty and the Keurig machine didn't work. I look a lot of time and effort to get a cup of coffee, and then it was surprisingly weak. I mean, this is BEND, there should be (functioning) expresso machines in the rooms!”

“We liked the location, and cleanliness. The next time we stay there, we will request another room as room 313 overlooked all of the machinery that runs the hotel (air conditioners, etc. We would ask for a lower floor also. The staff was excellent; friendly, helpful, and always a smile on their face.”

“Spacious room with friendly staff. Very clean. Full kitchen and fridge. Breakfast was included and was decent. Oatmeal, yogurt, various dried fruit, nuts and seeds, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, waffle maker, etc. Bar with happy hour and lots of comfy places to sit. Great location for walking or getting to other areas of town by car. Easy to find. Parking is not included, but only $12 per night”

“Liked everything and very comfortable and clean, but there was a strong dog smell when you first walk in. And a towel rack upstairs was loose. Thank you! ”

“Our family had a wonderful time at this place. We were on the top floor of a building in a two bedroom condo. It had high ceilings, kitchen and two bathrooms which was great for our family of four. Balcony faced greenery and there was a common laundry unit at the lowest floor of the building. Our family enjoyed the resorts clean swimming pools, hot tubs, sauna, and mini golf. Hot tub though looked like need little attention to maintenance as we saw cracked walls. There were several more family...

“Strong unpleasant smell especially in the hallways from I believe cleaning products. Old style round toilet vs the elongated type. The bathroom fan was loud.”

“This property was nice and welcoming. It states it is 6 min from airport which it clearly is not. The kitchen was well appointed. There was obviously an animal allowed on the beds, there was a lot of pet hair on and in the bedding. The washer and dryer were definitely used. Since it was snowing we weren’t able to use the passes left for the pools and club house. The furniture was comfortable with plenty of room to spread out.”

“Clean and cozy cabin. Perfect location between Bend an Mt Bachelor. Bbq/grill would be a good idea. Otherwise well equipped.”
