“The property was really nice and unique. The biggest issue is for rooms facing the pool, the music from the bar goes until 1AM on the weekend. It's really loud and there's no soundproofing. They asked us if this would be a problem at check-in and when I said yes it would be a problem and asked if we could be moved, they said there were no rooms left, completely full - sorry! Then why ask to begin with...? That left a bad impression. Friday night was ok/tame but Saturday night was SO loud,...

“The rim was ok but the carpets were so dirty. Just a couple of minutes walking on the carpet made it socks super dark gray. The jacuzzi was very cloudy and had several leaves and dirt in it. “We were assigned to the 1st floor. I think it faced the freeway. It was ver loud from the traffic and the a/c was not working. The staff transferred us to another room. It was very nice.
