“When I was going to check out of Hotel Lungomare this morning, they said I hadn’t paid for my stay. I showed them my confirmation and the receipt of payment made through hotels.com, but they didn’t accept it. It wasn’t until I phoned hotels.com and had them talk to the staff at Hotel Lungomare that things were solved. I wouldn’t recommend the Hotel Lungomare at all, especially after this treatment at the front desk./Johan from Sweden”
