“We have visted this property more times than I can count at this point! once or twice venturing out but this spot always feels like home so we always come back. We love the walkability of the beach, surrounding great food options, the pier, the atmosphere, the tiki hut (rachel is our favorite).... its just our happy place! We have been disappointed with the breakfast for the cost so we don't usually do that but its not because it doesn't taste good. We just get better for our money at some local...

“Way below expectations for the price. Very run down, filthy flooring in the room and the towels and linen are stained with god knows what. We got no cleaning until we specifically asked for it after 4 days. No replacement of towels or tp. Our tub did not drain the water. I wouldve loved to just move rooms instead of having plumbers poking around all day so we had to be late for our plans bc we couldnt shower in time. Felt like some of the staff couldnt care less. If this place was half price...

“The beach was beautiful but the property had the balcony acccess blocked due to repairs. We were not informed before our stay. Due to sanding, dust was thick outside our door and the whole hallway. Plus the ocean view from the condo was from the side, not direct view. Southern Vacation rentals were aware. They charged us again after we had paid in full to Hotel.com”
