“Reservations team- not helpful at all. I was disappointed to learn from the reception that early checkin was possible but the telephone operator said that it was not possible. Restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were quite helpful. Property was under renovation, so, it was not so clean, was quite noisy, not soundproof room.”

“Stay away from this hotel!!! Staff are rude and liars. Miss advertised free airport transfer but charged us. The only reason we booked here was for the free airport transfer and because the pictures looked great. Three different staff members including Neeta reservation manager and Surat confirmed that there won’t be any charge but when it was time for my pickup at 11:45 pm they disappeared and another person said it’s not included. I had no choice but to pay as I had to catch a flight.

“Hotel was very nice. Just airport to hotel taxi driver had some difficulty locating the property, but perhaps that was down to poor driver experience. Drive back to airport was surprisingly long due to traffic (15-20 min at 11 a.m). Generally I was pleased with hotel at €100/night. ”
