“Booking of room was a bit misleading, you have the option of a drive up room which was cheaper or a deluxe queen. We got the deluxe queen and paid more but it was still a drive up room. We got there and our tv did not work, we called the front desk and they showed up 20 mins later indicating that there should be another remote. We had to leave for an appointment and came back a few hours later and still no fix, the staff came back and tried a few more things with no avail. I asked for a new room...

“I like staying at the Loyalist. I always have convenient and pleasant stays. I did have one problem this time as my shower curtain was missing! But they fixed that for me. I do have a couple of suggestions for the hotel after staying there a few times. - The parking lot is every dark at night. You have lamp posts but all times I was staying there they don’t seem to work at night. The hotel would be best served by fixing these. There are also light fixtures along the building but most...

“The cottage is a lovely place, perfect for easy traveling in the countryside. It is in a very relaxed setting, and within walking distance of the beach and Green Gable. The room is so clean that I feel comfortable to wear no slippers in the room. I give it 10 rating in all criteria.”

“This place has been around for a long time. Has a History on PEI, one that many I’d say most people are fond of. We were in the off season which we understand. Bring back the lounge, people on vacation want at least the option, no need to drive for a drink etc. I will say the room was dated but very clean. Woman at front desk was super polite which we expected, but it’s also awesome when you encounter a positive person! ”

“We stayed two nights in one of the many lovely cottages. It was perfect! I saw myself staying there for a week during summer holidays. The cottage was very clean and everything you need is there: from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Staff was kind. Would recommend. ”

“Terrific place to stay. View of the water from the cabin. Grocery store, national park, ice arena, boardwalk, little shops, Anne of Green Gables all very close by. Owners are very nice and give great local information on things to do in the area. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The cabin is clean, comfortable, homey feeling. A beautiful home away from home. It was nice having the grill on the deck to cook lunch/dinner. Our family loved our stay and will definitely go back again. ”
