“Nice and beautiful hotel located at the beach. My room had a balcony towards the beach and it was very clean and silent. The personel was very helpful, especially the receptionist. She helped me several times, even with more complex issues like booking a flight ticket online. Good value for the money, I highly recommend this hotel!”

“The staff are very nice and accommodating. They clean the room everyday and replenishes any used items and/or towels. ”

“I enjoyed my stay here. Nothing fancy but the rooms are clean, the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot. They serve a tasty continental breakfast and all the staff were very friendly. ”

“We had a wonderful time! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we also enjoyed an amazing dinner during our stay. The cocktails were delicious and perfectly made. The staff provided excellent recommendations for things to do on Isabela Island, which really enhanced our experience. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The location right by the ocean was perfect, and everything was clean and well maintained. Highly recommended! Jenny , Pam and Rafael ”

“Nice little hotel. Great breakfast. Although the room they had me in on the ground floor was right next to the check in office and/or break room. I could hear all conversations taking place on the ground floor (sometimes at 5 in the morning). Service was good when they were there but often not around. Through the front desk, I ordered a taxi to the pier. The taxi never showed and the front desk was just missing when I sought help so a maid helped me order another one. I expected better service...

“A nice hotel of high standards for Isabela. We extended our stay, so we stayed in two different rooms.In one of the rooms there was a lot of ants. Besides from that the rooms were clean and modern. ”

“Family owned. Very warm and welcoming, helpful, caring. Room very comfortable and clean. They coordinate tours and daily activities for you. We felt like home. Es un hostal familiar. Son muy cálidos, te reciben con mucha amabilidad y se preocupan por todo. El cuarto muy cómodo y limpio. Te ayudan a coordinar paseos y actividades diarias. Nos sentimos como en casa.”

“The owner of the property let us check in early and check out late. She also provided a great breakfast every morning including homemade breads and fruit juices. She also helped us with our excursions and hailing taxis. Very nice host with pride of ownership.”
