“The manager of the restaurant was a cool guy. I wanted something to eat, it was quite late, and he accommodated me nicely. I remember I had a Wiener schnitzel thing with potatoes, salad and a beer. Most satisfying. I appreciated his service and tipped him for going out of his way. It was cold in the room, and the staff said it was impossible to switch off the air conditioner. I asked how this could be, and the receptionist simply said there was nothing she could do. It was supposedly like that...

“The room said King bed - it was a Queen and the bedroom was so small a King would not have fit. The other furniture was massive and had no drawers or cabinets for clothing so that was useless. The site said “Mountain View”, which in any season but winter would be true. There was a huge window wall with two glass doors that sealed so badly that the heavy wind was blowing snow in around the door. “З самого приїзду був зіпсований настрій, коли мені повідомили, що моє бронювання не оплачене. Другим неприємним "сюрпризом" було те, що басейну у готелю немає. Хоча на фото дуже привабливі види декількох басейнів. Також система по фільрам вказує наявність басейну. Насправді то фото Voda Club, вхід в який є платний як і для всіх інших туристів. Навіть знижки немає. Третій негатив - відчуття "затасканості" номеру. Багато всього або зламано, або на межі. Четвертий негатив - прибирання в номері...

They can’t check me in, the reservation means nothing to them.”

The upside; location was convenient, the view was great, and the service ( Ola ) was above average and very much appreciated as she did everything possible to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Great breakfast included. The downside; I would say that the bed was not very comfortable and the bathroom could certainly use a makeover. ”
