“Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room and good breakfast. High chairs for my toddler. Close to all the major sites. Two things that can be improved: parking information prior to arrival and room cleanliness (it was fine but details like hair in the bathroom and dust under the bed are a bit icky). However, overall stay was pleasant - would definitely return. ”

Odd since there are 94 other channels showing soap operas from the 1980s. And, more importantly: breakfast is very poor (especially for someone with dietary needs) with one important exception: The scrambled eggs is actually made from real eggs and tastes OK, very rare these days when hotel chefs are cutting...

“The hotel is located close to the city centre, making it very strategic and convenient for dining and exploring. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the room was clean, quiet, and felt safe throughout my stay.”

“The tipping point for good customer service, was ordering Uber eats, and I waited for almost an hour, and the staff calling the pizza place, and notifying me when it finally got there, an hour and 1/2 later. The place was clean, amenities were there, they have a bar and restaurant on-site. It looks refurbished, the only slight problem was the shower was a bit lukewarm, but iti might have been because I was at the end of hallway They also have an elevator, which is another bonus ”

“The hotel was probably very nice 100 years ago. It is still charming but in need of A total renovation. The hotel is old, worn and neglected, but unfortunately the rooms are also dirty. Cobwebs and dust. Torn sheets and flies in the bathroom. It smells more or less everywhere. Unfortunately there is a lot of seagulls that pooped down the windows and they have nests outside. Nice and helpful staff in the reception, especially Barbara. The breakfast was not great. Manny who lived at the hotel...

“Got a fabulous night's sleep, would have liked a desk, chair, sitting on bed to do some things in daily life is a bit frustrating, even if a pull out attachment to the wall, small facility downstairs, for snacks but I'm not a cashless fan so, I went out to spread the cash outdoors, overall fantastic location, service, friendliness, perfect, great stay thank you! Don't take pics of rooms by the way nothing personal ”
