A few minutes from the square of Trevignano Romano, sheltered by olive trees and orchards, L'Olivetello is a beautiful manor house in the hills, strategically positioned to admire the suggestive panorama of Lake Bracciano.
Equipped with all the comforts, including a swimming pool, it was built in the late 80s to accommodate the days of rest and vacation of a Roman family and their friends, immersed in the green of its gardens and in the quiet of the landscape.
Today the owners have decided to extend their availability to other guests who wish to share the hospitality of their beautiful home, offering
3 large rooms surrounded by olive and fruit trees, from where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.
There is a kitchenette shared with the other apartments equipped with everything you need. For your car, you can use the parking in the small square inside the villa.
Located halfway between Rome and Viterbo, the villa is an excellent starting point for cultural, sports and relaxation trips. In addition to being able to easily reach Rome and the Vatican City, you can visit the suggestive atmosphere of the ancient neighboring villages, such as Sutri, Viterbo, Cerveteri, Tarquinia, Anguillara Sabazia and Trevignano itself or the fascinating Castle of Bracciano.
For those who love sports, there is no shortage of opportunities to test themselves. In Trevignano it is possible to attend sailing and windsurfing courses, rent a canoe, play tennis and horse riding or embark on an adrenaline-pumping experience with paragliding.

The Malpasso path
Nice equipped path that from the Trevignano cemetery climbs along the slopes of the “Morra” to an altitude of 285 m, and then descends back to Fossaccio and goes up along the scrub to the town of Monterosi. Wonderful views of the entire lake's boiler along a total route of 8 km.
The trails of Rocca Romana
The 3 nature trails Spallettoni, Rinacceto, Monte Rocca Romana start at the municipal sports field in Via Sutri and cross suggestive oak groves offering a beautiful view of the lake.
The route, which is comfortable uphill, is steeper downhill. The summit of Monte Rocca Romana can be reached in an hour and 15 minutes.
The Fortification Fortress of the Orsini family was equipped with a double wall that, extending to the lake, defended the town. It was destroyed in 1496 by Giovanni, brother of Cesare Borgia, during the war unleashed against the Orsini by Pope Alexander VI Borgia, who, however, was unable to take possession of the castle of Bracciano. The Fortress is easily accessible from the churchyard of the Assunta church; from its ruins you can enjoy a suggestive view of the lake and the surrounding villages above the roofs of Trevignano.
