“Adorably decorated hotel. Staff was super friendly. Place is very clean. We stayed two nights. No one brought in clean towels or the bottled water that was supposed to be there. I guess you have to ask for maid service for that stuff. ”

“This hotel is located near the Connector line and walkable to quite a few tourist spots. The breakfast had reasonable options and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the downstairs space, which included a pool table and pool. We only wished the water pressure and temp was a little more/hotter and our room hadn't been cleaned/disturbed since we left the hanger on the door asking for no disruption. (we had a short visit)”

“I booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool. They don't tell you that the pool is not heated, so my kids couldn't use the indoor pool because it was ice cold. Other than that, good stay and really friendly staff, but extremely disappointing that the amenities aren't really what they say.”

“My adult son and I were visiting the Cincinnati museum at Union Terminal. We needed an inexpensive place to stay and decided to go across the river to this location in Kentucky. Our suite consisted of two separate bedrooms and a Jack and Jill situation with the bathroom. It was the perfect solution to spend time together and still have privacy for sleeping.
