âDonât know why everyone is so impressed with this hotel. Itâs average but clean (not the carpet in the room though). The bathroom is large but water pressure bad. Staff is friendly but the worst part is the constant noise from the freeway and especially between rooms. If you stay towards the weekend people will be stomping and screaming half the night. The dark roast coffee at breakfast was absolutely fantastic though. â

âVery friendly and helpful staff. Convenient shuttle service to go downtown.
Spent one night here after 2 nights downtown. Better service, price and shuttle service until 2:30 AM made us regret not booking this hotel for our entire stay. Taylor Swift being in town for 2 nights made most options redicilously expensive. Would highly recommend this hotel!â

âLoved the employees. They were all so friendly. Furniture needs refreshed in the king suite. The kitchen was amazing. Breakfast was a nice bonus. Outside sitting areas were nice and so was the pool. Located right by cracker barrel and opryland hotel. â
âClose to the Opry House is aGreat positive.
Transportation to and from Opry House is needed or if available should be advertised. Having to walk at night , even the relatively short distance from Opry House is Not good and takes away from the convenience.â
