Airport pick up was bungled up and we ended up waiting but the hotel was very apologetic and waived the fee due to inconvenience caused. Their customer service response was appreciated. â
âHad booked this hotel for parents. They had a comfortable stay and the staff was very courteous. The food, ambience and closeness to the Airport are some of the positives of this hotel. â
âThe four stars might have been true 10 years ago, now worn. Nothing wrong with that but far from four stars. Lots of broken machines in the gym made it impossible to run on treadmill due to the waiting list. â
âThe standard of the hotel is okay and the staff is very helpfull. The foos in the restaurant is good when you get used to the special service and the scented smell they use to clean the room.
The internet connection was unfortionetly very bad and one of the reasons we choose this hotel was because they had Wifi, but it took more energy to try and make it work than to use it.
Overall we are happy about the hotel but we wouldn't want to stay there more than one week. it's really a weekend hotel...
âDecent hotel tucked away in Koregaon Park. Great views & across from Osho gardens. Bathroom amenities were bare minimum. Excellent staff, satisfying breakfast to get your day started.â

Vi köpte till Executive paket vilket rekommenderas, dÀr ingÄr transport ToR flygplatsen, uppgraderat rum samt tillgÄng till loungen dÀr man kan fÄ nÄgot att Àta och dricka. Rummet var stort och fint och innehÄller allt man behöver. Det finns flera restauranger och frukosten var vÀlförsedd och innehÄller allt.
