We also thank you for extending your initial stay with few more days. With regards to your comments about the wildfires and the road closures, we have investigated your comments with our people. Our associates have tried to give you the latest and most accurate information. However, this was not easy since we have collected this information from the official Greek authority. The delay has caused the dissatisfaction for which we truly apologize. This was beyond our control due to the speed and severity of Fires all over the country. We have also showed you our flexibility and “can-do” culture with the with the cancelation terms. Although, your reservation was cancelled at the end by Expedia, we have done our utmost to accommodate your request despite having a high occupancy.
