Two-room little villa sleeping up to 4 guests, with a sea-view terrace, located in a private residence in Canneddi (SS), in Gallura, northern Sardinia.
The property is equipped with powerful ceiling fans for your comfort.
The equipped beach is approximately 300 metres away.
The main Services you may need, including shops, restaurants, bars and other amenities are located in the main village Isola Rossa, 2 km away from the house. The car is necessary. Free parking available.
Distance: 1 hr 25 min from Alghero; 1 hr 20 min from Olbia Airport and Port.

My home is located in the first row by the sea, inside an exclusive village immersed in nature, in one of the most spectacular areas of northern Sardinia.
From the living room and the spacious terrace, the sea is always right in front of you. As the sun slowly disappears into the sea, the sky changes colour and every sunset seems different.
These are moments you don’t just photograph — you live them.

🌊Just a short walk from the house, you will find two beaches. The first is an equipped beach with sun loungers, umbrellas, a bar and a shady pine grove — perfect for relaxing during the hottest hours of the day.
The second is my favourite: a wilder, more intimate natural paradise, with incredibly clear water, rocky coves and wonderful opportunities for snorkelling.
🌿 Calarossa is famous for its extraordinary landscape, where red rocks, turquoise water and Mediterranean vegetation create scenery that can almost make you feel as though you are in the Seychelles.
If you enjoy walking, scenic coastal paths lead through the Mediterranean landscape, offering breathtaking views and postcard-perfect corners along the coast.
