This charming little cocoon can accommodate up to two people and is located in a quiet residence 2 minutes from the seaside resort, La Pointe du Bout, where you can enjoy the beaches, restaurants, shops, water sports and bars.
The 20 m² bungalow consists of :
- air-conditioned sleeping area with a double bed (160 x 190 cm)
- a kitchenette
- a bathroom with shower and WC
- a terrace
- a baby bed
- a high chair + mosquito net
- a charcoal BBQ
- Smart TV

Surroundings :
- Only 3 minutes by car from the village of Trois-Ilets. You will find bakeries, a market, a pharmacy, a maritime shuttle for your trips to the city centre of Fort de France and supermarkets.
- At 2 minutes drive from Pointe du Bout and Anse Mitan, you can plan beach days, a Casino outing, water activities (jet ski, paddle, kayak, towed buoy...), sea excursions from the marina (dolphin outing, discovery of the south Caribbean coast, diving...). It is also worth noting that a fish seller regularly offers his catch at the entrance to the Pointe du bout.
- The Trois-Ilets golf course is located just next to the residence les Wallons 2. A pathway provides safe access.
- Less than 5 minutes drive from a partial view of the sea, a ranch for your horseback rides, the Trois-Ilets health course and the hamlet of Anse à l'Ane (restaurants, beaches...).

TRAVEL TIME: 25 minutes.

At the airport exit, take the direction SAINTE-ANNE / LE MARIN and continue straight ahead. After about 12 kilometers, take the TROIS-ILETS exit.

Continue straight for 5.3 kilometers (watch out for the fixed radar). At the first traffic circle, continue straight ahead. At the second traffic circle, take the first exit towards LE BOURG / GOLF. Drive through the village of Les Trois Îlets until the next traffic circle. At the traffic circle, continue straight ahead. You will drive along the golf course which is on your right.

At the next traffic circle, take the first exit towards POINTE DU BOUT. After 1,5 kilometers, before the next roundabout, you turn right, a sign indicates "base nautique".
Follow this sign until you reach an intersection where you will find a basketball court in front of you.
Turn right and continue straight ahead until you reach the entrance of the residence les Wallon 2.
At this level go up on the right, the villa is at number 13. Here you are!
