Hi David, We apologize that your stay was uncomfortable according to your description. Please note that Expedia channels are designed mainly for hotels and therefore re not perfectly suitable for such personalization. Apart from this, We will take your recommendations under consideration immediately. Pillows, unfortunately, we can not provide more than two per suite as we are not a hotel and therefore don't have them in stock. I will personally address the issue with the bedsheets and the bowls with the cleaning team and can guarantee that we will take measures regarding this. With our automated messages we inform our guests that TV channels are not available due to construction work nearby. Unfortunateløy the whole cable tv infrastructure was disconnected for quite some time now. Please note also that as an apartment rental we don't have housekeeping service during your stay if the period is under 7 nights. Instructions for garbage were not presented since the garbage bin is located right next to the building main door. I will make sure your recommendation result in a better description of this. Last but not least. Strange we have received all of your messages but it looks like you didn't receive ours. Kindly ask you to check your SPAM folder. Often Expedia or Hotels.cm messages end up there. When it comes to the kitchen, all the manuals are in the cabinets, and I am sure you noticed that there is no place for a microwave or a full-size fridge as this is a studio apartment with a mini kitchen. In terms of wet floor in the bathroom, perhaps you didn't notice but we have a heating floor there. So by adjusting the temperature, the floor is dry within a few minutes I hope that we will see you again and once more thank you for your feedback. With Best Regards
