We had a lovely stay at this immaculate apartment near Bryce. It is on the somewhat remote fringe of Tropic, UT; the town is about a mile away and has all basic services. The entrance to Bryce Canyon is about a 12 minute drive in the other direction. We received advanced communication from the host and were warmly welcomed on arrival. The apartment is provided with with many thoughtful touches such as toiletries, a modest set of kitchen staples, and information about area sights. The layout is a little odd, as the main bedroom has no windows, and the kitchen, though well furnished, is quite small for such a large apartment, as are the tables. It was fine for two of us, but a family of 4 would have difficulty sitting for a meal, and the sink and dish drain are tiny. Laundry facilities within the apartment are a plus. The owner requests that boots etc. be left in the mudroom entrance, which is fine except that it's unheated, which made for cold feet in March. We'd definitely stay again if in the area.
