“The hotel has nice big rooms with cable tv and good wifi. The included breakfast is ok. Hotel bus service is free and they goes to the city a couple of times a day according to the info sign in the lobby. Although we had a problem when we wanted to go back with the hotel bus as the driver said he was not working at the hotel and he didnt offer free tours when we were at the pickup point. We also called the reception but they couldnt help us sort this out with the hotels own bus and driver. ...
“We stayed at the Cosmopolitan in Santa Cruz both before and after our tour of the missions. During both stays we found the staff to be very helpful and courteous, the included breakfast was great and the dining areas were open at all hours for a snack or sweet. The rooms were comfortable and the bathroom large and well equipped. The hotel is located in the area we wanted, by a central plaza , near many shops and restaurants.”
