What we love most about this property is the bright and open great room with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of Martis Valley, and the separate hangout space for the kids. In winter, enjoy the Northstar shuttle route for easy lift access (and no parking hassle!). In the summer, enjoy being a mile from world-class mountain biking and within walking distance of valley trails and golf. Cozy up by the three fireplaces and enjoy a movie, play a game, or take a soak in the private hot tub after an active day out in the Sierras. Your stay includes guest access to the Northstar Recreation Amenities, including the clubhouse with gym, heated pool, multiple spas, tennis, pickleball, and game room at a cost of $10 per person per day. This home is family-friendly and suitable for 1-2 families or 3 couples to share.
