This house had enough space beyond what 3 families (6 adults, 4 kids) needed. We could have brought 2 more families and felt comfortable! It is also a fantastic location on the shuttle route to the Northstar village. The kids that didn't ski were able to sled and play around the property, which slopes down to a creek in the back (little ones should be supervised). There was enough to do that we didn't have a chance to use the community center, so I can't speak to that perk. These were the main selling points and they were as-advertised.
The house is a bit dated on the inside, but all appliances and fixtures were functional, and everything was very clean. The kitchen had all the tools and utensils (and spices, too!) to feed a small army. There were also plentiful linens and towels.
There was an issue with the electronic lock upon arrival. It was dead, but I wasn't sure if I just wasn't using it right. The host was responsive in providing an alternate means of entering the property, but it was a challenging delay after a long drive with kids in the car. The host collaborated with us to have the lock repaired during our visit and it all worked out.
For the location, amount of space, and communicativeness of the host, we would definitely stay again.
