Nestled among the pines of Northstar California Resort, this first-floor condo offers a truly exceptional mountain retreat. This is a recreational setting that can't be beat - just half a mile from the Village at Northstar, the NPOA Recreation Center, and the base of the Highlands Gondola, the Big Springs Express Gondola, and the Village Express Lift.

Not only does this condo enjoy prime access to the slopes of Northstar, it gives you the option of using the pools, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, game room, playground, and BBQ grill areas at the NPOA Rec Center. There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities. After a day of activity and adventure, you'll be greeted back at home by luxe finishes, leather furnishings, and large windows that frame the surrounding woodlands.

Enjoy a richly furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, both a peninsula breakfast bar and a dining table for mealtime seating, and a soft leather sectional where you can curl up and stream movies in the evenings. In addition to the one bedroom - with a TV of its own - the living room sofa pulls out into a bed. Complimentary high-speed WiFi is provided as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location with a cute balcony close to the slopes. We have stayed in coyote Fork many times, and this was our first time in this unit.. we weren’t looking for anything fancy, but we were disappointed to find the place was rundown. Specifically, the pullout couch was broken, and there were multiple tears in the couch itself. They were not only unattractive, but also a little bit gross because the foam kept falling out. When I pulled up in the duvet, there are multiple brown specks that at first I thought were mouse droppings (which I told vacasa and they did nothing about) but after further inspection, I actually think it was pieces of the couch because it was falling apart so badly.The instructions say to leave duvet, bedding, intact, but the actual duvet insert and the duvet did not stay intact so I am wondering how long it’s been since those have been deep cleaned. All of the shades in unit were partially broken and provided minimal blackout coverage. There was an exterior light on the building that was on until very late in the night which disrupted our sleep.We had an issue getting access to the laundry room and spent five hours texting with vacasa only need to get robotic responses that sounded like it was an AI bot responding to our questions. As rental property owners ourselves, I understand that a third-party management service is not the reflection of the owner so I highly recommend to the owner they should consider if they continue to use vacasa.

Northstar Condo

Pet friendly condo very close to the slopes. A bit outdated but clean. No instructions for the TV’s and the Vacasa representative was responsive but unable to troubleshoot via text. They did send someone late afternoon our 2nd day and the problem was quickly fixed. The glassware in the kitchen needs replenishment. Easy check in and out.

Great location

Very nice condo, small but plenty of room for a humble family of 4 with a dog. Checkout was a bit early in my opinion but everything else was great. Well supplied.
