POLICIES & DISCLOSURES
1. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy of 6 guests, excluding children under (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is prohibited year-round. Garage is not available to guests.
3. A 4WD is recommended in the winter months.
4. Back deck entrance to the property has a heavy snow load in the winter, back deck slider will be locked. Guests must enter through the front door.
