An expansive wall of windows pulls the Carson Range, Mount Rose, and Northstar directly into the living space, filling the room with light and scenery from morning through sunset. UPPER DECK AND OUTDOOR SPACES
The upper deck is the crown of this cabin. Protected from the elements and perched above the river, it is the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or a glass of wine as the light fades over the peaks.

The lower patio offers a more tucked-in setting with Adirondack chairs, an umbrella, and a gas BBQ for easy outdoor dining.

Two bedrooms plus a bonus room give this cabin serious flexibility for families and mixed groups. The primary suite is on the main level for easy access, while the upper floor has a Jack and Jill bathroom shared between the guest bedroom and bonus room.

The home is exclusively yours for your entire stay. No shared spaces, no interruptions. Come and go as you please.

Winter Access: A 4WD vehicle and chains may be required during or after a storm. Northstar is about a 10-minute drive, so you will be glad you came prepared.
Parking: Up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. Garage is not available for parking.
No A/C, but ceiling fans in every room plus window fans, tower fans, and cooler nighttime temps keep things comfortable year-round.
No smoking anywhere on the property.
No open flames. Tahoe's forests are highly fire-prone.
No parties, events or commercial shoots. We keep things low-key.
Shoes off indoors, please.
Two floors. Stairs are part of the charm.
Cancellations: Our policy is firm. We strongly recommend travel insurance for weather, road closures or air quality events.
