Also on this level is a spacious primary suite with a king bed, TV, and private bath, as well as a second bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk bed. A half bath is located off the hallway for added convenience.

The lower level offers a second living area with a sofa bed, two club chairs, a wood-burning fireplace, and a TV. Guests will also find a laundry room, a full bathroom, and two additional bedrooms—one with twin beds and another with a queen bed and TV. The oversized two-car garage is easily accessible from this level.

The complimentary Northstar Shuttle provides door-to-door service from the driveway to the Village, where you can enjoy dining, shopping, mountain biking, skiing, and more. The Golf Clubhouse is just a short walk away. This home is pet friendly, includes wireless internet, and offers guest access to the Northstar Recreation Center for a daily fee, featuring year-round heated pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, game room, and seasonal tennis and pickleball courts.

Whether visiting in summer or winter, there is no shortage of activities to enjoy. Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months

* Use of the BBQ and outdoor furniture is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.

* Your safety matters. This property may feature exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence.
