“It’s old, bathrooms fixtures were really old, carpet had rolls, my glass dirty, towels were rough feeling. Chairs in room old, cushions were flat. Never met the staff except at check in. Food prices were high. Wouldn’t go here again.”

“We booked a room for two guests, but there were only one coffee mug, one bath robe, and one pair of slippers in the room?!
The housekeeper came by at 10am next morning. We were not ready to leave the room yet so we asked her to come back around 11am to make up the room.
