“Excellent hotel with a perfect location close to Beşiktaş. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, and it was cleaned every day. The breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of choices. A special thank you to Nusra and Idris for their outstanding service and warm hospitality, and to the hotel manager for the thoughtful welcome gift. I will definitely stay at Melas Hotel again!”

“We had a great stay at the hotel which has a very good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ahmet, Diana and their colleagues, they all helped us find spots to visit and where very pleasant toward us. The hotel is very Fresch with a nice perfume and everything is clean. They cleaned our room every day and gave us refreshments. I recommend this hotel for everyone. Because of the staffs warmth and the feeling of safety at the hotel we extended 4 more days. Thank you for your...

“I like the hotel because it’s was nice and close to where I was going. And it’s nice and clean. But the staff especially a guy named Ali was really rude and unprofessional in his attitude towards me when I asked him something. And the window was making a big noise all night. I had reported it to the staff when I checked out.”

“We enjoyed our stay and all the staff was kind and friendly, particularly Kamer, as he helped us find food as well as attractions near to us. Would highly recommend boutique hotel to ALL.”

“Personal sehr nett”

“Very convenient location, the staff are very friendly and ready to assist. Will book again for next trips to Istanbul.”

“The place is located near all the main shops and lots of restaurants. Love the staff, everyone is so friendly and welcoming.!! Nice and clean space with everything you need for your stay. I will definitely recommend it.”

“Not clean and super uncomfortable beds. Everyone raves about the staff but only one person was accomodating. Walls were paper thin, I heard peoples alarms in the morning, spitting in the sink, kids screaming, etc. If you are a family that needed the kitchen and space, sure but not for a couple. We requested a double bed but got two single beds. The toilet was not glued to the tiles so it moved every time you went to the toilet. The furniture were very outdated and did not feel very clean.
