“The room we got was ice cold, not heated in advance and the first night we slept in 14 degrees Celsius. When we took a shower we noticed a leaking faucet. The toilet flushing button was broken too. The beds were of poor quality, and back ache is guaranteed. No one working in the reception and difficult to communicate in English. The ladies in the kitchen only understood Russian and Georgian.
