"Allt var mycket bra trevlig och hjälpsam personal! "

"Har aldrig bott på ett sånt ofräscht hotell. Personalen var dryga, vi kändes oss otrygga, vårt rum var på nedersta våningen som belystes på samma sätt som Amsterdams Red Light District och rummets skick var inte bra på något sätt. Väntade på att vi skulle se en kackerlacka springa omkring. Som tur var som vi bara där en natt pga tidigt flyg men kan absolut inte rekommendera hotellet till någon. "

"After two not value for money hotel stays during our trip in Greece this hotel was very welcoming and value for money. Friendly staff at the door and reception. comfortable and clean room. Was very happy the first night when we came back from dinner and saw that it had been cleaned in the evening with a freshly made bed, new towels, emptied trash and a piece of chocolate. The breakfast was very good with several cheeses and cold cuts as well as fruit (which was appreciated because our previous hotels in Serres and Parga which were 4 stars, only had one type of cheese, cold cuts and fruit). A small drawback was that they did not serve coffee in the bar after 6pm when we were going to have drinks in the evening (one of the party does not drink alcohol and wanted a cappuccino)."

"The scheduled airport shuttle didn’t arrive, but the issue was resolved quickly. The shuttle from the beach arrived earlier than planned and left without us, despite our booking a specific time - again, this was sorted out promptly. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and service-minded, especially during breakfast. In the evening, however, service at the lobby restaurant was quite inconsistent, and on a few occasions, the beer served was noticeably less than it should have been. What I found most disappointing were the activities. Those listed (aqua gym, wellness) were practically non-existent, mainly, in my opinion, because none of the guests were informed about them. Staff mentioned they had regular members who usually attend, but they made no effort to involve others, which meant there were not enough participants for the classes. I tried the yoga session - it was in Greek, but if you’ve practiced yoga before it’s still easy to follow. It cost an extra €10, which I found reasonable. The tennis, on the other hand, was excellent - equipment was available, the staff were very friendly, and they even offered extra bottled water for free. No extra privilege för Hyatt members."
