âWe are very pleased with our stay. It is a modern, spacious and clean property. This also applies to the deluxe rooms. Nice pools with comfortable sunbeds. Staff very friendly and helpful. A beach just a few minutes walk away. There were more guest than there were sunbeds by the pool and tables outside at the restaurant that constributed to people stressing a bit to get there first. Other than that, only positive things to say about the hotel. â

âOur second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss.
We will definitely stay here again.â
âRooms were nice but floor was not cleaned everyday and neither was the bathroom. One of the beds had a pill under it which had never been cleaned the whole time we stayed. Pool areas were lovely and clean, however, sun loungers were dirty - so having a beach towel is a must. There wasn't a fantastic range of food available but was nice enough. Not a lot of option for children apart from chips/nuggests or fish fingers. â
âAmalia & Yannis are wonderful hosts. The villa is beautiful, well thought out and absolutely everything you need is there. When we did need help like a taxi or advice on where to seek a Dr, they were super speedy and helpful with their response. The villa is a 5min walk into the centre of the small town and a 5-10min walk to the beach or a 10min taxi ride to Zakynthos town. We hope to be back soon!â

âRazis' location waa perfect for good restaurants and bars, plus an easy walk to the beach. The apartment was a good size and generally clean in all the right places with towels changed every other day. Pool towels were provided on request and toiletries provided, although not replenished without request. The staff were friendly and helpful. âAlthough described as a resort, this property is more akin to a boutique hotel. I love this because there are only 6 rooms which makes the experience very personable.
