Need renovation!!!
First and foremost, the rooms are very dirty and old. Can’t believe they let people stay in these rooms before renovating them. Owners really need to step up or sell the business if they can’t afford renovation. We had a family room and changed room twice. First room smelled like someone had smoked in it (18th floor). Second room (16th floor) was like travelling back to 1970, it was reallyyyyyyyyy old. Lastly, they changed us to 20th floor. The furnitures were old, room was dirty, especially the bathroom. We found old bottles, tooth picks and face masks all around the room behind beds, wardrobes, couches etc. We were not happy about this but had no choice as all hotels in HK were fully booked during our last week. Ended up not allowing our kids play in the room nor touch anything. It was painful every evening knowing we had to return to the hotel room getting us and the kids ready for bed. We stayed in another 4 star hotel previously. Comparing to the previous hotel, I’m afraid Panda is more like a 1 Star Hostel. This was the first and only time I’ll stay at Panda. Don’t book this hotel if the price is not considerably lower than other hotels and you don’t mind old dirty rooms.

荃湾にあるということで繁華街との距離を気にしていたのですが、このホテルの周りに色々とあって楽しめました。 尖沙咀などにもホテルからシャトルバスが定期運行していて、移動は全く困りません。 ホテル自体は多少年季は感じるものの、快適に過ごせました。 朝食は美味しいですが、あまりメニューが変わらないため連泊だと飽きるかもしれません。4日はちょっとつらかったです。

19階にある普通の客室を4歳の子どもと夫婦で2泊しました。ダブルベッド＋シングルベッド。 ◆良かった点 ・ベッドと枕が新しく、寝心地も良かった。 ・USBポートが多く、ヘアアイロン以外には電源アダプタが必要なかった。 ・備え付けドライヤーの温度と風圧が程良かった。 ・チェックインが早く、チェックアウトはカードキーをポストに入れるだけで待ちなし。 ・ロビーから地下のイオンスーパーまでエレベーターで直通。22時半までやってたので遠出からの帰りに翌朝の朝食用にパン、ヨーグルト、カットフルーツが買えた。 ・始発駅まで歩けるため座って快適に地下鉄が使えた。 ◆残念な点 ・ユニットバスが古く、排水が少し悪かった。 ・タオル交換とゴミ箱を空にしたのみで、カーペットなど全く清掃された様子がなかった。 ・壁が薄く、廊下の声や隣の部屋の音が割と響いてきた。 必要最低限を考えると、ディズニーや中心街、空港へのアクセスも悪くなく、これといって困ることはありませんでした。 快適・贅沢に旅行を楽しみたい場合は、やはり高いホテルを予約することをおすすめします。

香港旅行で2泊3日で泊まりました。 駅から10分程でしたが歩くの苦手な私でも歩けたので歩ける範囲だと思います。 バスタオルは毎日変えてくれます。 掃除は2日に一回のためありませんでしたが、ベットメイキングはしてくれてました。 又利用したいと思います。

The front desk staff talked to the mainland tourists with a strong tone of dislike and arrogance. Some of the resentments could be justified as mainland tourists are not known for being patient and courteous. However, the hotel staff should not paint everyone with the same brush as they are in the hospitality business.

Although the MTR is 15 minutes away but this would be our exercise. Other than that, very convenient double decker bus is available. walking distance to the market, stores, food, etc. will be back again.

パンダホテルは3泊しました。コスパよく、交通が便利というので選びました。建物にパンダが書いてあるのでわかりやすいです。 空港からはバスが便利（A31 約40分)で、乗り換えなしでホテル前で乗り降りすることができます。帰りは空港のターミナル1入口で降りることができました。 電車は終点のﾂｴﾝﾜﾝ駅かその前の駅が最寄駅で、少し歩きます。地上に降りずにホテルの3Fフロントに行けるのは終点駅ですが、途中、古いアーケード街を通り抜けますが、都会ではない感じも味わえ、車椅子でもエレベーターを使わずに行けました。ホテルは郊外ですが、電車は尖沙咀駅や中環まで行ける主要な線（赤色）の始発、終点駅ですので便利かと思います。香港ディズニーランドにも乗り換えますが割と近かったです。 ホテル階下にイオンやコンビニ、スタバなどがあって3Fがパンダホテルのフロントです。 お部屋は清潔でゆったりしていました。 ただ、水回りの蛇口などがとても古く、日本に比べ清潔とはいえませんでした。シャワーの切り替えが毎回、苦労しました。押すとシャワーが出るのですが、すぐに替えられなかったです。バスタブがあったのはよかったのですが、とても浅いバスタブでした。 スタッフの対応はとてもよかったです。英語かできないと苦労するかもです。日本人スタッフはいるのかな？という感じでした。 香港の街中（尖沙咀）に出るホテルの無料シャトルバスを利用したかったのですが、午前中のシャトルバスがなく、ホテルに戻るバスは夜８時が最終で、午前中から街に繰り出して、夜景を楽しみ夕食後に戻るといった人には全く使えず残念でした。 でもホテル代を安くしたい、という人にはおすすめです。

1st, 5:30pm rooms has cooking smell, I called front desk saying it shouldn’t be then gone 2nd, called again 11:30pm because smell so strong, finally change me a room 3rd, the new room has smoking smell, then change to another room 4th, my key not working on the day afterward need go down reactive…. Crazy

定宿にしています。 とにかく部屋の広さが一番。 設備が古いのは仕方ないけど、全てきちんと機能しているし、不自由はないし、ストレスも感じない。 長期滞在者向けの設備や優遇もあって、私はお勧め。

Panda hotel is located a convenient and safe location, however, the bathrooms in our room do need some upgrades and better cleaning. Moreover, the AC system is strong but it should have automatic temperature control so the system can monitor the room temperature properly. It was very cold when the AC is on constantly. What’s more, the mini fridge in our room doesn’t work so the food I put inside got spoiled. :((
