“Generally very satisfied with the visit on the hotel! I would recommend it to other people. The people in the front desk was very helpful with many requests I had and difficult questions. They even called around the shopping malls in the city to find a place selling a specific chocolate I wanted to buy! Location is also very good. Just go out of the 2nd floor of the hotel and walk less than 100m to restaurants and shopping. From the 1st floor you have 200m to train station and bus station....

“Check-in was seamlesa, and the stadf was very polite and well-informed. Our room was very clean and the hotel provided useful amenities including a humidifier (useful for cold and dry Japanese winters). Parking was ample and accessible. The mattresses are too firm for my liking, though it seems to be the standard among Japanese hotels. ”
