“Staff was extremely helpful”

“Beautifully appointed rooms with cosy decor and amenities. The pool was a highlight to take in the view, staff were very helpful and the buffet was well varied. Highly recommend this property.”

“Fantastisk värd! Enkelt men rent. Nära avstånd till restauranger och man kan gå till en del av sevärdheterna. Fantastisk frukost som lagas på plats. Vi fick även hjälp med tvätt samt transport till flygplatsen- allt fungerade smidigt. ”

“Spacious and clean rooms, pool and landscaping were beautiful. Went to old town Hoa Lu for meals and shopping. Staff called for transportation, we chose “green” auto, staff told us the price beforehand and it was cheaper than regular taxi. They helped us arrange for rides and visits to Trang An/Tam Coc without using any Tour and it was much more efficient and comfortable and cost less.”

“Few guests, clean room Nice sea view”

“Une endroit parfait! Le calm juste à côté de la rue animée. Je recommande x 1000”

“Staff was excellent. Very kind people. The room was just as shown of the photos, clean, fresh, spacious and a cute balcony. The location is great!”

“Mycket vänlig familj, enorm frukost!!! Lyhört rum vilket inte är något större problem egendom homestay ligger på tyst gata men fösta kvällen var det några andra väldigt högljudda gäster som störde.”

“Absolutely amazing place! Every detail was beautifully and thoughtfully designed, the rooms were wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. We loved having bikes available to explore the area, and the location was perfect. But what made our stay truly special were the owners. Such a sweet, kind couple! My daughters absolutely loved them! They made us feel so welcome and made our experience even more memorable. We would love to come back!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean. The owners ( husband & wife) are very very organised. The breakfast provided is filling too. You get a big bowl of fresh fruit with your breakfast, which was awesime. We did laundry there twice and they took care of it all for us. We also rented scooter from them for couple days and it was all easy process. The location of the place is also amazing. Near to everything but yet, a bit away from all the noise. Highly recommended the place...

“Overall the place is great--the one exception is the mold and cleaning in the bathroom. There was a water leak by the toilet but I did not alert management since I did not want the interruption, but they have to know. I also took a small toothbrush to see if the mold is embedded or could be removed, and much of it was removed by the toothbrush with little pressure. The room was good, the breakfast and pool were great, and the family was generous and kind. I would still book again, but probably...

“Lite utanför där allt händer, men väldigt rofyllt och trevlig personal!”

“We really enjoyed Ninh Binh and this hotel. The owner is truly amazing . She and another lady insisted to carry our luggage upstairs so we did not have to worry about it. She also did the same thing when we departed Ninh Binh and took the luggage downstairs. She cooked a delicious breakfast each morning (made to order eggs or pancakes, fresh bread, fruit, etc). She helped us with laundry. She booked for us tours with local guides and transportation that cost significantly less than what you...
