“Nice location, great view of the pool and ocean. Much needed getaway; it rained almost the whole time but we enjoyed our time indoors with games, snacks, and drinks! The condo is welcoming and nicely decorated, the beds are comfortable and the updates are great! Rick was very communicative with plenty of tips and helpful info, made it easy to reach him if we needed. One suggestion I would make is to reverse the door on the fridge, it's annoying to open against the wall. We had dinner the first...

“This property was simply amazing. It was modern, well maintained with lovely beach decor, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable 4-day visit. The views are absolutely breathtaking - watching the sun rise and set over the ocean made it an unforgettable vacation. Easy parking, keyless entrance and very responsive hosts. “This place was absolutely perfect. It's located on a very quiet, peaceful loop - no noise from cars racing up and down Rt 12. The décor was lovely and relaxing. You're provided a pass to Southern Shores locations on the Sound and one which provides beach access. The owners were quick to respond to all my questions. I completely enjoyed myself and would definitely stay there again.”

“The tiny house was cozy and clean and there were a lot of thoughtful little touches like recommendations to restaurants and coffeeshops. We appreciated the clever use of space and the close walk to the beach. It was a lovely getaway. A couple suggestions: 1) include instructions for the hot plate . 2) Store items outside in a shed; the property looked a little cluttered.”

“The studio was very cute and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and in good condition. We really like the privacy aspect of the entrance and area outside to relax. It was a nice little spot that was an easy walking distance to the beach. We biked to Duck in just a few minutes. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this spot for a couple on a budget beach vacation.”
