The room was extremely clean and well maintained! The housekeeping staff were very kind and helpful as well! Loved our stay here and will definitely return!”

“I do not thing it is right to charge for parking at a hotel that is not in a big city where parking is at a premium. This was a hotel near a mall - and to charge for parking is just wrong.”

“Great location. Bathrooms need updating. Temperature of shower was either extremely cold or burning hot. Bathtub porcelain needed repair. Card key worked once. Had to go up and down the elevator 4 times and get 4 different cards taking 20-30 minutes to get back into the room, until one finally worked. No phone in the room to call the front desk, or housekeeping for an extra blanket or towels. This is concerning if there had been a bigger issue.”

“The room was fairly clean. The desk staff tried to help but we had a party of 4 & the hotel had no sheets or blankets for the 2 individuals using the pullout couch. I asked the front desk twice & they had no blankets available either night. Since then I’ve messaged the property manager twice and corporate once; it’s been over a week & no response. We had to buy our on blankets to stay at a hotel; seems like this should have been a basic amenity for the number of guests we booked for the stay.”

“Good location but mediocre operation. Not a single thing stood out but plenty of unpleasant moments. Check in was unclear and could have been more welcoming. AC unit rattled all night. Stayed for three nights and not once was the room cleaned, sheets cleaned etc. (this was unacceptable for the price we paid), side doors to enter the property were unlocked which was a security hazard, billing was tricky, twice we were given the wrong bill. Not a fan.”
