I made the mistake of thinking this was a newer property and wouldn't be like every other Super 8 built 30 years ago. I was wrong.
Broken down, dated, marginally clean but hard to tell, and just plain dilapidated, this is entry-level hoteling for people who need a place to stay but can't afford a good hotel.
I booked three nights, but changed hotels after one. If I was poor in my 20s again, this would have sufficed, but not anymore.
When I asked if I could get my money back for the unused days, the counter woman smiled broadly and said "nope" with way too much personal satisfaction. Thankfully, Expedia went to bat for me and got me most of the money back for the unused nights.
