Centrally located condo

This is a furnished room in a 2bd/2ba condo. I travel for work and I rent out the spare room while I am gone, it is like having a private 1/1 condo. Has great views from the balcony. Full use of kitchen and amenities. Bedroom and bathroom has storage space. Smart TV w/ built in ROKU, no cable and dvd player in living room. Close to many restaurants and there is a grocery store across street. Only 2 miles from the university and under 10 miles from most the local hospitals.
The space
Private room, queen sized bed with private bath right across the hall. There is a dresser and the closet is empty for your use. There is a grocery store and restaurants across the street. Laundry facility on property grounds that takes cash or credit. The back bedroom is locked, it is off limits and has no occupants. This is my home that I rent out while away for work.
The bathroom has over toilet storage and a medicine cabinet for your use.
Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans. There is a plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen, also fridge and freezer have a lot of room for your food.

No cable TV, Netflix is available or sign into your accounts
No smoking allowed
No eating in bedroom
Guest access
The pool is open with rules of no more than 10 people in pool area and no more than 5 people in the pool. Also only those staying can use the pool, no inviting any guests over.
There is 2 community laundry rooms on the property, one is right next to the clubhouse, door is to the left of mailboxes. The second is on the opposite side of the pool, building 600. They both take cash or credit cards.
The community has a tennis court that also has a basketball hoop, no dogs allowed on it. There is a sand volleyball court on property too.
