This townhouse sits in a private, upscale community with mountain views. There are two community pools with hot tubs, lounge areas, exercise room privileges, etc. It is a very quiet, monitored, and safe community.

Guests have access to the entire townhouse and shared pool community spaces.

STAIRS: This townhouse is on the second floor and would require walking up one flight of steps to reach the unit.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

Spacious stay in the foothills

Property exactly as advertised. Loved the high ceilings and wall of windows. Perfect for a remote work/vacation stay. Easy to communicate with the property managers.

Ventana Greens Getaway

Great location close to Sabino Canyon trailhead. Comfortable condo just lacking in some common amenities (tinfoil, plastic wrap, storage containers etc) Leg on couch was broken when we arrived, property manager offered to come check it out right away. Ice maker in freezer leaked into fridge down below so couldn’t make ice as needed. Overall a nice stay, just needs a few tweaks.

Relaxing week at The Greens in Tucson.

We really enjoyed our stay and the view from our porch. It was so relaxing out there. The inside of this condo was comfortable and very pleasant. We loved the pool as well!The location was in a area where there were many conveniences such as stores and restaurants. It is easy to get around to all of Tucson from here.

2nd floor condo overlooking golf course

From check-in to checkout this condo met our needs. If you like a soft temperpedic mattress topper, this place is for you! Communication with Fig & Toast and Bere and Team was spot on.

Great overall!

Everything was wonderful with one exception…the mattress in the master bedroom was way too soft (at least for our preference) but also had multiple spots that were sunken in/uneven, which made it tough for both my husband and I to sleep well.

I would recommend this property. Location is great and really convenient to lots of activities, shopping, restaurants and walks. It was clean, roomy, nicely furnished with a beautiful golf course view. Was not aware that it was on the second floor and not ground level which made it a bit difficult for carrying luggage, golf case, etc., but after learning from the downstairs neighbors that they had recently seen coyotes and bobcats on the golf course and near their patio, I was happy to be on the second floor. Note- Kitchen had everything you need to cook and eat a full meal, dishes, glasses, pots and pans galore. Not much in the way of even basic condiments and cooking ingredients provided though so if you plan to make anything beyond already prepared meals (frozen, pre-made, etc) be prepared to bring ALL the ingredients/spices/etc you will need to prepare your food. Overall, would stay here again if we returned to Tucson.

Just What We Were Looking For

The condo is attractive and in a nice location. Our friends enjoyed staying there and we had good support from the property manager. Two bedrooms, with adjacent bathrooms was a plus, as was the reserved parking place close to the stairway to the condo. The condo is 10 minutes from our house. It was a perfect way for our out-of-town friends to visit us.

Wonderful Retreat

Took a short 2 1/2 day stay-cation from our Phoenix residence to come see friends in Tucson. After scouring the available options, we decided on this property. I have to say, the lack of reviews initially concerned me, but WOW...we scored big on this one. Really a beautiful little gem, tucked away off Kolb Ave near all the big resorts (La Paloma, Ventana Canyon, etc). Clean, well equipped, nicely furnished. Loved sitting on the balcony having morning coffee and listening to the dove and quail come to life as the day begins on the golf course...right outside your back door. Great communication from the owner. Easy as can be checking in and out. We will definitely go back...and if you need a place in Tucson...you should too.
