Lovely spot. Poor communication from owner

The owner failed to inform us that the roof tiles were being replaced and there was noise from that activity. We were NOT told that we needed to move our vehicle on the day before we checked out. Another homeowner in THE GREENS, told us they had been notified that a construction crane would be coming in on the day before we left. That crane would have blocked us in, but we moved to a visitor parking site the night before. Had we not been told, we would have been blocked in. The owner also failed to answer my query whether he would be showing the property, which had been put on the market while we were onsite.

Lovely spot

The inside of the condo was very nice. The view from the deck was beautiful work desert hares, coyote s and bobcats strolling by. Quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful views.

Beautiful views of the mountains. Great location. Comfortable beds. Loved watching the people golfing right behind the condo. Didn’t take advantage of the pools but they were heated we were told.

The Greens Condo

Suggesting a coffee table, full length mirror, night tables nnext to both sides of bed, better lighting for reading. A cafe table and chairs on the outside porch would be a great addition!

Quiet and yet close to everything

Everything we needed and very close to Sabino Canyon. Pictures accurately reflect the property and it was wonderful to sit on the deck and watch the birds. Very relaxing and safe environment.

Perfect Location/Very Nice

This was a flawless stay. The unit is recently beautifully renovated, very comfortable, not cluttered. Fully stocked with dishes etc. Super cozy couch! Throw blankets were wonderful! No end table and small coffee table, which would add to this nice sitting area and prevent spills. The deck was our favorite spot in the morning and evening. Views of golf course and many critters! Bunnies, squirrels, birds galore, an owl even visited our tree 🌳 right In front. Owlette Babies a few trees down from the unit! Very cozy patio chairs. The bed was comfortable, a memory foam mattress. A tad soft for us but good. Nice comforter and sheets and pillows. Bathroom very nice. Kitchen stocked with most everything. Needs a wine opener though. Views of the Catalina mountain from kitchen window. Pools very nice and quiet most of the time. Nice pool furniture. Fitness facility just ok. Hot tub nice early mornings. The location is incredible. Literally a few minutes to hike the Catalinas. Sabino Canyon like a Mile away! Go on a weekday, busy! Or go to Ventana Lodge and park in the lot from there to hike, they have a specific lot for that! Restaurants, grocery store, coffee, all literally 1 minute down the hill. Walking distance even! Close to Saguaro National Park, Tanque Verde Falls a great hike too! If you golf, you will be in heaven! You Definitely won't be disappointed this condo. The second bedroom is a trundle bed, fyi. Didn't use it as only two of us. We will be back for sure. Host Adam was very attentive and helpful.

Catalina Foothills condo

The condo is very modern, clean, and well-equipped, with good pool and gym facilities. It's in an excellent location, quite near shopping and the Sabino Canyon recreation area. My only issue with the unit is that the (very small) dishwasher cannot accommodate the dinner plates - so there was still quite a bit of hand washing (somewhat smaller dinner plates would be an easy solution). The communication was OK, but we didn't receive the check-in code until fairly late and we never received a response to our question about what to do with the garbage. But otherwise a lovely place to stay.
