This beautifully appointed three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo boasts a unique style, comfort, and convenience combination. Nestled amongst the tranquil scenery of the Riverwalk area, this gorgeous one-story abode offers the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living. Here you will be able to utilize the G00GLE Home to affect the lights, thermostat, timers/alarms, music, and even let you know someone is at the front door!

Our kitchen has a full sized oven with a 4burner top, a full sized dishwasher and multiple sizes of pots & pans & other appliances to make cooking a breeze. We also have a full size washer & dryer with a folding station, and additional storage. There is an osmosis-filtered water tap in the kitchen, and the hot water heater has two filters, so you and your things are safely & properly hydrated.

We also offer multi-media in the living room; here you can find a full movie collection, PS3 & Nintendo with games, as well as board games and party games, and a library with a small collection!

We have two queen beds in the Guest Suite and Guest Room, and a King bed in the Main Suite. The bedrooms that are suites include an attached bathroom; the main suite has a private bathroom with a separate toilet/shower room, and the junior bedroom has a Jack & Jill bathroom that is accessible through the bedroom and the common areas. The third bedroom includes additional shelving storage, and is located next to the guest bathroom.

420 Friendly patio, with automatic shade screen. Please have shade rolled up as the default position. Do not leave screen down during storms or windy days.
Cigarette friendly bench located outside at the front door. No smoking inside, of any kind, allowed. Please throw all butts/ash into designated ashtrays.
